This Privacy Policy describes how our app ("YiqiAgent", package: com.yiqiai.guiagent) collects, uses, and shares user data.

1. Overview

YiqiAgent is an on-device AI assistant that uses voice commands, screen analysis, and device accessibility to perform tasks on your smartphone. The majority of data processing occurs entirely on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

2. Data We Collect and How It Is Used

2.1 Voice Data

• What we collect: Audio recordings of your voice commands when the app is active.
• Purpose: Speech-to-text recognition (ASR) to understand your voice instructions.
• Processing: Voice data is processed locally on your device using Sherpa-ONNX models. No voice data is transmitted to external servers.
• Storage: Audio recordings are not persistently stored.

2.2 Screen Captures

• What we collect: Screenshots of your device screen when the app is performing agent tasks.
• Purpose: Visual analysis by the on-device AI model to determine the next action to take.
• Processing: Screen captures are analyzed locally by the on-device VLM (Visual Language Model). Screenshots are saved temporarily to your device's cache directory and are deleted when the app closes.
• Storage: Temporary only. All cached screenshot files are cleaned up upon app exit.

2.3 Accessibility Information

• What we collect: On-screen text, button labels, and UI element information via Android's Accessibility Service.
• Purpose: To enable the app to perform actions such as tapping, swiping, and typing on your behalf.
• Processing: All accessibility data is processed locally and is not transmitted externally.

2.4 Installed Application List

• What we collect: A list of applications installed on your device.
• Purpose: To allow the app to locate and open applications by name when requested.
• Processing: Used locally only. Not transmitted to any external server.

3. Network Communications

3.1 AI Model Downloads

• What is transmitted: The app downloads AI model weights from our CDN (https://dl.ga.yiqi-ai.com, powered by Cloudflare R2).
• Purpose: To load or update the on-device AI models required for visual language understanding and task execution.
• Data shared: Only your device's IP address is visible to the CDN. No personal information or user data is sent with download requests.
• Note: Model downloads occur only when a new model version is detected. Once downloaded, models are stored locally.

3.2 Usage Quota Management

• What is transmitted: A randomly generated Device ID (UUID) is sent to our quota server (https://quota.ad.ga.yiqi-ai.com) to track your daily usage count.
• Purpose: The app allows up to 5 agent tasks per day. When the limit is reached, you may watch a rewarded video ad to reset your quota.
• Data shared: Only your Device ID (a random UUID generated and stored locally) and the current date. We do not collect IMEI, MAC address, or other device identifiers.
• Anti-tampering: All communications with the quota server use SSL certificate pinning to Cloudflare root CAs.
• Storage: Your Device ID and cached usage count are stored locally in SharedPreferences.

3.3 Google AdMob Advertising

• What is transmitted: Ad requests and interactions with Google AdMob's Rewarded Video ad system.
• Purpose: To display rewarded video ads that users may watch to reset their daily usage quota.
• Data shared with Google: AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), application usage information, and device characteristics for ad delivery.
• Note: Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identifiable information (name, email, phone number).
• We do not collect contacts, photos, files, or location data.
• We do not collect voice recordings or screen captures for transmission to servers.
• We do not use IMEI, MAC address, or other permanent device identifiers.

5. Data Storage

All user-generated data (voice, screenshots, accessibility information) is stored and processed locally on your device. The only data stored on our servers is your Device ID and daily usage count.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Review data stored by the app through Android Settings → Apps → YiqiAgent → Storage.
• Deletion: Clear all app data via Android Settings → Apps → YiqiAgent → Storage → Clear Data.
• Advertising opt-out: Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Permission revocation: Revoke any permission granted to the app at any time through Android Settings.
